The Wee Chippy™ founder Joe Gorrie moved to the US from his hometown of Glasgow, Scotland, bringing the perfect fish and chips recipe with him.
Joe relocated to the seaside haven of Venice, California and established himself as an active member of the local restaurant community.
After a night out and a failed search for fries Joe struck on the idea to bring a classic chippy to the beach with the spin of infused flavors.
Years of ideas and hundreds of flavor infusions later Joe launched The Wee Chippy™ with classic chips served in an easy to walk with box.
Our customers wanted fish, so we made it happen, but not before perfecting our batter into award-winning, crispy deliciousness.
