So we decided to check this place out for fish and chips after reading many positive reviews , I really liked their classic fish and chips , I got my order quite timely and fresh ..fish filets were crispy, balanced in flavours , quantity of fries were good too , but somehow I didn't like the area outside the shop to sit and eat , so location and atmosphere was No for me , but definitely its great if u take away

Had the standard fish and chips with garlic salt and it was delicious. Servings are big enough to share between two - we didn’t finish all of ours. Cute little tables set up out the front for you to eat at too
This place was *easily* the best place for fish and chips I have *ever* been to. And yes, I *have* been to many, MANY places in London -- this place is *better*. The fries were perfection. The fish was *also* perfect. I had the two piece fish and chips with fire roasted garlic as topping, and chipotle ketchup and tartar sauce as my sauces. Service was quick, and the cashier was really kind and willing to explain each menu item -- which I really appreciated. I hate to say that I do not recall her name, but she was a young-ish woman with red curls. Much kinder than the other places on this strip that I visited. I cannot praise them for their low prices. But I cannot fault them for the price either. This is not the cheapest place ever, but it was *definitely* worth it. Also bear in mind, seating is outdoors and *limited*. So be ready to make a takeout order if necessary. 100/10 will definitely go again.
The absolutely BEST chips and fish you've ever eaten in LA! Seriously! From the warmth welcome to the whole service until completion of the order! The fish and chips arrived! And..... alleluia!!! Que bom ! Delicioso!! Simply delish! Not only we order the f£c but we also got 3 sauces to compliment our amazing food! The fish ohh perfection! Jut perfectly cooked, tender and juicy and crunchy and yum on the outside! Now the chips!! Those were spiced up with California rosemary! They were also crunchy Tasted real potatoes! Now the sauces! Killer! I mean the chipotle BBQ ketchup, goes definitely well with both fish and chips! It taste smoky BBQ with a hint of spicy but sweet somehow and with a malty taste in the end! Very English if you will!(-; the other sacude was the original tartan sauce. Just well done! (And I'm not a fun if tartar!) and finally the Italian with black truffle! Well royal it's the least bit of my humble opinion when it comes to great food! (It's one of my passions!!) it's a tiny little place with the most beautiful vibes and superb fish and chips! Honestly the most authentic fish and chips out here!
I promise you I had no intention of getting fish and chips but while I was enjoying some delicious coffee from Groundworks, my nostrils kept getting assailed by something that smelled deliciously fried. I saw a woman pick up her order and eat one of the fries. Once I saw her eyes widen and her head vigorously nodding to her friend; that made my decision easy, so I headed to the counter. Ordering was fast and efficient, this wasn't their first rodeo. Even when the cashier had to explain to me the seasonings and condiments I had to select, my order was promptly taken and 15 minutes later I had my order in hand, on my way home. I broke into the bag, and was left imitating the woman I saw earlier. Crispy fries, that were perfectly seasoned with a fancy smattering of parsley. The fish had that a fantastic crispiness and perfect batter to fish ratio, so you get your money's worth. This will definitely be a go to moving forward.

This place gives you a LOT of fries. And they are delicious! I saved them and used them to make chorizo egg and potato breakfast. But the portions here are above great. Good quality fish and great seasonings! Definitely recommend if you're in Venice it's a must
